Richard has just returned after being a keynote speaker at the latest MPOD conference for Dentists in the UK. As a crusader in delivering patient DIY Loyalty Clubs which are good for patients and practises Richard was speaking on Friday to a packed audience of forward thinking dentists and their teams at the Birmingham Copthorn Hotel. Richard has been involved in patient plans since the development of Practice Plan and is now championing dentists running their own club to deliver better value to their patients.
